The PFL has locked in the full lineup for its return to Dubai. Vadim Nemkov will defend the heavyweight world title against Sergei Bilostenniy in the main event on Saturday, November 14, at the Coca-Cola Arena. The promotion posted the official card on X on Tuesday and put out a press release confirming the full card for that date and venue.
The co-main features Patrick Habirora against Omar El Dafrawy. The PFL billed it as a return for both men, so neither one is walking in off a busy schedule.
The main event
Nemkov comes in as the champion. The PFL’s social team has spent the last week reminding everyone how dangerous he is, crowning him the heavyweight king in one post and calling him a problem in another, in all caps no less. Bilostenniy is also billed as returning, and the promotion’s pitch for him is about one thing: power. In an October 24 post, the PFL warned anyone standing in front of him to keep their head on a swivel.

That is the whole promotional case, and it’s a reasonable one. A champion with a reputation and a challenger sold on one-punch danger is the oldest heavyweight setup there is. It’s also the setup where the price on the challenger can drift further than it should, because the public sees the word champion and stops reading.
The co-main
This is the fight I’d circle. Habirora’s last appearance was against Benson Henderson, and the PFL says he got the finish against the former champion without wasting any time. Beating a name like Henderson, quickly, buys a fighter a lot of attention, and I’ve lost money before betting on a guy with one shiny win on his résumé.

El Dafrawy is the No. 5 ranked welterweight in the PFL. The promotion says he’s looking to keep climbing the rankings and to put the division on notice with a win here. Their scouting report on him is as subtle as the one on Bilostenniy. On October 25 they posted that his left hand is dangerous, again in all caps.
So you’ve got a ranked welterweight against the guy who just finished a former champion. The PFL clearly wants a winner who can talk his way into a bigger fight at 170.

Quick take
I’m not touching either fight until I see the opening numbers, and I’ll tell you why. Both bouts are being sold on highlight clips, and highlight clips are how people end up with 12-leg parlays of favorites and a sad Sunday. If the books hang a big number on Nemkov, which would surprise nobody, Bilostenniy’s power is precisely what makes a heavyweight underdog live. One clean shot rewrites a title fight, and you don’t need a 60% hit rate to make money on a dog at the right price. In the co-main, I’d be wary of paying a premium for Habirora off the Henderson finish alone. A ranked No. 5 welterweight with a left hand the promotion keeps bragging about is the kind of opponent who punishes a bettor for overrating one result. Lines go up, I’ll be back. The cage door closes Saturday, November 14, in Dubai.
